Twenty years of experience in different levels of supervisory positions and 10 years as Operations Manager in a 350kb/d oil refinery. I have fifteen (15) years of project management experience directing engineers and process supervisors in; design review, P&ID review, construction follow-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of large refinery facilities, power generation facilities. My refinery knowledge and experience cover; terminal operation, power generation, atmospheric pipestills, visbreaking, naphtha splitting, isomerization, alkylation, cat cracking, hydrogen production, hydrodesulphurization of virgin naphtha, cracked naphtha, kerosene, diesel, hvgo, lvgo, sulphur plants, vacuum pipestills, mea units, gofiner and hydrofiner stripper offgas compression and sour water stripper.I managed for 10 years an oil terminal as part of the refinery. The terminal has 5 berths; 3 for tankers, 1 for VLCC and 1 for ULCC. The terminal has a tank farm with a storage capacity of 12.0 million barrels.

I have prepared pre-commissioning, commissioning schedule in order of priority for start-up. Prepared manpower organization to execute pre-commissioning work prior to start-up. Directed construction follow-up and P&ID review for punch listing. Coordinated with associated areas commissioning activities for smooth and safe interaction. Supervised engineers and process supervisors on pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities
