Camden Potomac Yard Parcel E GMP contract ($67M): Assisted in the completion of the project, performed final subcontract buy and scope negotiations. Prepared requisitions and changes orders for approval.
Abingdon Heights, Arlington, VA GMP contract ($87M): 217 condominium complex atop a 3-level below-grade parking garage. Also included at the site were 35 stick-built townhouses in 4 clusters and a duplex building of 4 units. Responsibilities included procurement and buyout of a large portion of subcontracts on the project.
Marriott Residence at Arlington Courthouse, Arlington, VA Design Build (est. at $41M) and Hilton Garden Inn, Air Rights Building, Bethesda, MD Design Build (est. at 42M): Preconstruction and development, created accurate construction budgets and schedules. Conducted ongoing review of designed construction documents for monetary consideration, established scope, reviewed for constructability and project monitoring procedures. Reviewed drawings for feasibility and completeness.
