IOM is a global technology group, supplying solutions, software, consultancy and equipment to monitor, control and automate processes in a wide range of environments.

Global Testing Leader

• In this global leadership role managed and coordinated testing and implementation of a new SAP based HR system.

• Directed payroll parallel testing for multiple business units, testing of employee self service (ESS), testing of manager self service (MSS) for multiple countries, managed and participated in creating test scenarios and test cases based on SOPs and business requirements for HR user acceptance testing (UAT), delivered end-user training, documentation, coordinated workshops and worked closely with HR business partners and local project managers at country level.

• Managed onshore and off-shore vendor testing team’s activities and tasks to ensure quality deliverables and system readiness for UAT.

• Directed and coordinated testing for AT&T BSS (Amdocs/Telegence) based on HLFDs, managed daily operations, established work priorities and ensured issues were handled effectively while meeting productivity.

• As part of the Supply Chain Management group, led QA and implementation of Red Prairie WMS for AT&T.

• Trained and coached the client staff on new WMS functionality and SOPs.
