It offers polyethylene performs and caps for bottled water, beverage, edible oil, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities:

• Solving day to day issues raised by users as per the priority given to them and intimating users the solution by phone / email.

• End-User Training and Preparation of User Manuals.

• Checking the feasibility for the functionality to be developed as per new requirement raised by business users.

Client : Essar Steel Ltd

Project Duration : From Nov 2010 to still to date.

Position : SAP MM/ WM CONSULTANT.

Description:

Essar is India’s largest steel manufacturer with offices around the world including Canada, USA, Middle East and Asia. I had provided the Production support according to the user’s requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Maintained Existing Workflow for Purchased materials and Purchase Requisitions.

• Resolving the tickets as per SLA (service level agreement).
