Project title: Multi Centric Randomized Open Label Study on Antibiotic Drug.

SAS ANALYST PROGRAMMER

Description:

The research was conducted on the Antibiotic Drug. This project is a double-blind, randomized; placebo-controlled Phase III study. The main object of this study is to compare the newly discovered drug with the existing one to attain the efficiency of the drug. The client provides the case report forms. The data from the CRF’s is entered into Excel spreadsheet. Importing of data, creation of datasets, cleaning, manipulation, validation is done using Data step and Base SAS procedures. The statistical procedures were applied as per the protocols provided by the biostaticain. Graphical, RTF or PDF reports are generated according to the client specifications.

Responsibilities:

Extracting data from the database and Excel Sheets using SAS/Access, SAS SQL procedures and create SAS data sets.

Converted ORACLE data tables into SAS datasets using SAS/ SQL Pass through Facility.

Prepared new Datasets from raw data files using Import Techniques and modified existing datasets using Set, Merge, Sort, and Update, Formats, Functions and conditional statements.

Worked on Clinical Trials data like Demographic data, Discrepancy data, Adverse Events, Serious Adverse Events, Laboratory data, Physical and Vital Signs.

Created SAS Customized Reports using the Data _Null_ technique for FDA evaluations
