Do all the pre-testing for Doctor. Interact with the patients, answer phones, and order contact lenses from companies. I also dispense glasses and adjust them. I sometimes check the RX in on glasses when back from lab. I work on the computer to check in patients, take payments, check insurance, set up new patient’s charts.
2004 - 2005 Receptionist, Skyline Homes
Answer multi-line phone, sales reports (Excel), put home and dealer packets together, time cards, order entry and whatever else needs done. I was the October 2004 employee of the month. April 2004 until July 2004 I was working at Skyline, but through Time Services.

In charge of recreation classes and team practices, stretching out before class, setting up equipment, going to competitive meets, answer phone, taking money, writing receipts.

Did various accounting jobs, some of which were balancing spreadsheets, transfer tickets, service checks for dealers. I also worked in payroll. That job consisted of posting hours, reading time cards, working with the plant supervisors, and balancing checks when they came back from the bank. Data entry was required for both jobs.
I feel I am very qualified for an office position. I have worked with many office machines. I have used adding machines, copiers, fax machines, computers, Excel, Access, Power Point. I feel I am pleasant on the phone with customers. I will work very hard at doing the best. I can discuss more of my skills and more detail of what I have done during an interview.
