Senior Engineering Manager | JCPenney Logistics Center | Atlanta, Georgia | 2003 – 2012

Led a team of two industrial engineers and one engineering technician who supported three distribution facilities.

Planned, budgeted, and justified annual capital improvement budget of $3M. Responsibilities also included:

Implementing productivity improvement programs.

Working with our operating partners to develop appropriate solutions for day-to-day challenges.

Designing and installing material handling system improvements.

Driving process improvements and improving process layouts.
