February 2011-

August 2011 Laboratory Specialist at the Polymers Laboratory in the Central Laboratory Volkswagen NAR. Use of international Standards (ASTM, NMX, DIN, TL, VW) to evaluate polymeric materials. Use of equipment to quantify mechanical properties. Failure Analysis of polymeric parts. Use of software KVS, TEVON, BeOn, NOLIS, LIMS.

February 2008-

February 2011 Production Supervisor in the Foundry of Volkswagen de México Puebla. I worked in the casting of Cylinder Heads and two security parts, The Traverse and the Console of the front suspension system of the Variant. Responsible for the quality both as ROH and machined parts. Dimensional measurements analysis and mold repair. The essays that were able to be performed were: Traction, Compression and Flexion essays controlling the temperature of the sample.
