Primary responsibilities were to be an active sales person on the floor. Cleaning behind the counter and maintaining the store in a neat state. I had handle most of the paperwork such as inventory, stock checks, typing paperwork at a rate of 75 words per minute and depositing money to the bank. My job also involved doing “planograms”, changing where a product goes or replacing a product that isn’t needed anymore. Since RadioShack is an authorized dealer through wireless, I have knowledge on how to activate a new 2- year contract and as well do an upgrade or equipment change. Aside from knowing how to activate a phone, I know the various plans and rates offered on each carrier such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Boost Mobile and so on.

At C.H.L.A I was a volunteer on the 4th Floor Playroom and some of the duties that I had was to be in therapeutic play with the children, as well read, and assist to them as much as possible.

At Hollywood Presbyterian I was a volunteer on the 7th/ Maternity Floor, and some of the responsibilities that I took on were to pass water to every patient, pass out gifts such as strollers and car seats, and if they needed assistance with their baby. I also participated in assisting the nurses doing the hearing test for the newborns as well.
