Job Responsibilities:

1. To follow up and coordinate product quality issues which are detected during inspection in line .

2. to follow up components and customer return failure analysis.

3. To embark process improvement projects with test engineering, process engineering and production for process and customer top process defects.

4. To prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality report.

12. Prepare and edit the SOP (Standard operating procedure) according by changing of model version and if any defects found by during work if process needs to be change the SOP change will be done in lotus notes.

13. Taking care of calibration of equipments like DMM(digital multimeter, CRO,soldering stations,Hot air blower, ionizers, electrical screw drivers,

14, according to wistron standards process the equipments for calibration and calibrated equipments collect and maintain the system as per wistron standards.

15. Send mail to all relative department before sending equipment to calibration room or outside calibration,

16. make EMT(equipment movement ticket and) and process the equipment to transfer to the outside calibration,

17. once equipment calibrated get make the equipment verification and acceptance report and maintain the record for 2 years as per wistron stanards.

1. Hire the ITI candidates

2. Selected candidates place them for training.

3. Update the training documents in HR bulletin.

4. Update the training SOP (standard operation procedure.)

5. update the training documents in Ezlms( e –learning)

6. Make them training in particular stage, provide them test on ezlms

7. Trainee has to score more than 85% marks, for scored employees provide OJT skill certification card.

8. who scored below 85% marks for them provide retraining and provide the Test in E-learning, if he scored pass mark provide skill certification card. If he is not obtained pass marks consider him as not fit for the stage and cancel the OJT for the trainee.

9. For failed trainee provide other stage OJT (On Job training) and make them train in that stage, and OJT activity is carried for one week.

10. After a week provide the test and trainee has to score 85% marks for scored trainee issue a certification card.

11. Certification is valid for till one year after one year recertification process has to be done.

12. Every year recertification process to be continued.

Conduct the interview for ITI candidates and for the selected employees provide the test

For selected employees provide the Induction Training including(5’s,ISO standards, poka yoke,ESD & MSD,IPC Standards, soldering& rework, chemical handling,etc)

Completion of induction training the trainees has been transferred to the shop floor and distributes them to the respective shift and respective shift leaders based on his experience and his capability of his mind.

Provide OJT(On job training) to the trainee

After 15 days completion provide the online exam to the trainee he has to score the 70% marks. if trainee is un able to score the marks provide retraining and retest to the trainee if he is not able to score the marks shift him to the other work(Non critical)place.

If trainee scores the more than 70% marks in the written test proved the OJT certification card by signed by trainer.

The certification carries for a year if the trainee has not worked more than 3 months in a stage the trainee has to undergone retraining, and re test will be provided.

After completion of 1 year the certification will be cancelled the recertification process should be carried out for all trainee, recertification test will be conducted if trainee has not scored more then 70% aggregate marks he has to undergone OJT process.
