I am a highly experienced, competent, and motivated person with over 30 years of construction experience. For the past 10 years, I have been working as a residential and multi-family superintendent. Prior to that, I worked both residential and commercial as a journeyman carpenter, lead person, foreman, working superintendent and a contractor. All these experiences have given me a unique perspective and knowledge that has made me the highly qualified superintendent that I am today.

• Experienced with the forward planning process, submitting plans, working on corrections, architectural and engineering RFI's and completing the last red lining for the final master plan re-submittal.

• Journeyman Carpenter background with Master Carpenter skill level. Putting my nail bags on and working when needed is never a problem.

Senior Superintendent, 2002 - 2008

Ryland Homes, Sacramento, California

Single and Multi-Family Home Builder and a National "Fortune 500 Company"

• 8-06 to 7-08 Senior Superintendent: Started a multi-family project, opened the models and worked thru phase 6. This was a large, 2 & 3 stories, 120 unit project called Arroyo Vista in Rocklin.

• 3-04 to 8-06 Senior Superintendent: Started 5 new residential projects, opening the models, starting the first phase and then delegate it over to one of our superintendents.

• 4-06 Attended Ryland's "Homebuilder Excellence and Training" (H.E.A.T.) Superintendent Training Seminar in Tempe, Arizona.

• 11-02 to 3-04 Superintendent: Worked on 2 residential and 2 multi-family projects. Both multi-family projects were 2 & 3 stories and one was of steel frame construction.

• Note: I was laid off due to the housing economy & Ryland leaving the Northern California housing market.
