• Advised a Fortune 50 company on a tax restructure that saved $1.5 Billion

 Calculated the business enterprise values for over 20 entities of the client using both Income and Market Approach

 Conducted CFO conference calls to obtain an understanding of each entity, its projections, and assumptions to perform the analysis

• Valued selected investments of a portfolio for a Private Equity client that has over $50 billion worth of assets under management
