Responsibilities: To oversee and assist everyday activity on 2nd shift in a cold storage warehouse, insuring customer satisfaction making sure our quality goals were second to none. Responsibilities: To oversee and assist everyday activity in a growing flooring and cabinet business. Getting our employees to understand the importance of customer satisfaction and insuring they understand on a day to day basis because without customer satisfaction where would we be. Making our product seem and sound like it was better than our competition, even though our product was most likely equal in quality all our customer needed to know was that we have the best product and the best service out there. Duties included processing customer claims and disputes; hiring and termination of personnel; and company wide purchasing, billing and collecting.
