• Promulgated and maintained periodic and preventive maintenance scheduling, operational recording, personnel evaluations, training, safety, and quality assurance management programs

• Advised senior management on the resolution of a wide range of equipment repairs conflicting with operational and maintenance schedules and the timeline allotted for immediate repairs
