• Over 10 years of extensive experience in Business Development and operations Management in Agricultural products. Presently working as Manager –Development (Rubber) of M/s.Harrisons Malayalam Ltd, an RPG Group company, Kerala, India. (August 2003 to Till date)

Professional Synopsis

• Extensive experience in formulating budgets, implementation and reviewing performance of all technical and business aspects of plantations

• Organizing the scattered small scale rubber farmers of Kerala,India, to adopt standard farming practices, harvest management to ensure international quality of raw material through extension activities and Vendor Development programmes.

• Assisting General Manager( Rubber) for co-ordinating and synergizing functions of 4 rubber estates and New projects

• Administration of large number of staff and workers in a highly unionized state, including handling

IR and HR activities and interaction with Government departments of Police, Labour, Inspector of Plantation etc

• Plantation Discipline and Welfare Activities

• Preservation and manufacture of raw materials including stock monitoring and logistics.

• New Developmental / Planting Activities.

• Development of Rubber Nurseries.

• Planting, Exploitation and Upkeep of all Rubber fields.

• Training & Development of Staff Personnel

• Monitoring and over all supervision of Material Stock and Vehicles of the Plantation

• Since November 2011 – Promoted as a Manager-Development (Rubber) and currently looking after new initiatives including development of Rubber in nontraditional areas, New products development, Rubber purchases worth Rs. 1 Billion per year, and Assisting Vice President (Rubber) in Rubber sales worth Rs.2 Billion per year.

• Since July 2011 – Promoted as a Manager in charge Kumbazha Estate and Kumbazha Latex Centrifuge Factory with total area of over 1100 ha. and 600 employees including 3 Assistant Managers, 2 resident Medical Officers, 25 staff, and over 40 supervisory and special category employees.

• Since July 2010 – Moved as a Deputy Manager in charge Kumbazha Estate with total area of over 1100 ha. and 650 employees including 3 Assistant Managers, 2 resident Medical Officers, 25 staff, and over 40 supervisory and special category employees.

• Since July 2009- Promoted as a Deputy Personnel Manager in charge of Group Estates, reporting directly to Head-HR. Job function involves industrial relations, HRD activities including training, public relations and liaison with various Government agencies and officials

• In 2004 August joined DS Limited,Noida,New Delhi, and was in charge of Centrifuge Latex Factory Project Execution Department of their New Heat Resistant Latex Rubber Thread Factory ,at Agartala, Tripura,India.

• In 2003 August joined Harrisons Malayalam Ltd., as an Asst. Manager-Plantation with grass root level functions, reporting to Manager of the estate

• September 2001-August 2003- joined M/s.Travancore Rubber and Tea Co.Ltd-

as an Asst. Manager-Factory and was in charge of Kuppakayam Latex Centrifuge Factory.
