• Electrical Project Manager with 10 years management and over 20 years electrical construction experience.

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the electrical portion of the contract, including but not limited to: labor, materials, and equipment management, organization, and procurement.

• Preparation and submission of RFI’s & RCO’s, change order proposal negotiations, controlling and tracking of all labor, material and expense costs, QA/QC, scheduling, negotiation of large quotable and material buyouts, preparation of monthly draws, cost to complete reports, establishment and enforcement of project specific policies, maintaining positive and profitable customer relations, responsible interpretation of contract documents, safety, etc.

Project Manager, Whitehead Electric Company 2008-2009

Retained to lead a renovation to the existing student center at Georgia Perimeter College Dunwoody campus to include all electrical installations, V/D, F/A, Sound, Security and Lightning Protection all in excess of $1.4MM as well as a new 14 story high end mid-rise in the Vinings area of Atlanta to include all electrical installations, Emergency Generator, V/D, F/A, Sound, Security and Lightning Protection all in excess of $3MM. Resigned and relocated back to South Florida due to my father's illness and subsequent passing.

Project Manager, Statewide Electrical Contractors, Inc. 2007-2008

Retained to lead a 21 story high end hi-rise in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, a 22 story high end hi-rise in Miami Beach, a 15 story HUD mid-rise in North Miami and 15 story office/condos in Coral Gables to include all electrical installations, Emergency Generators, V/D, F/A, Sound, Security and Lightning Protection/Prevention all collectively in excess of $12MM. Retained to lead both a high end 31 story 223 unit condominium in Aventura and a twin tower 42 story 644 unit condominium on Brickell Avenue to include all electrical installations, Emergency Generators, V/D, F/A, Sound, Security and Lightning Protection/Prevention all collectively in excess of $16MM. Lay Off.

Project Manager, Fisk Electric Company. 2004-2005

Retained to lead healthcare facilities and most currently a government correctional facility incorporating both inmate processing and administration buildings to include all electrical installations, Emergency Generators, V/D, F/A, Sound, Security and Lightning Protection/Prevention all collectively in excess of $5MM. Lay Off.

Asst. Project Manager, Dynalectric Florida 2003-2004

Assist Project Manager in overseeing U.S. Federal Courthouse project, new state of the art $10,000,000 judicial structure from the ground up as well as several airport projects in excess of $15,000,000 to include the new North Runway 8-26 and "North World Gateway” Concourse B-C Shell Infill. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparation and submission of RFI’s & RCO’s, monthly WIPS, controlling and tracking of all costs, correspondence, scheduling. Majority of projects primarily specialty service projects to include commercial office space, healthcare, detention centers, schools and government municipal centers ranging in contract value from $100,000 - $1MM. Company Dissolved.

Service Manager, ANECO Electrical Construction, Inc. 1999-2000

Inaugurated and managed service department, consisting of (7) service trucks, providing constant round the clock service to cliental which included helathcare and detention center maintenance, emergency 24/7 hour service, electrical curtailments as well as small construction projects. Services rendered included costs plus and/or T & M service and installation of electrical, Fire Alarm, CCTV, CATV, Telephone, Data, Nurse Call, Emergency Generation derived power systems, Sound and Security systems.

Plant Electrician, Miami-Dade Water & Sewer 1996-1999

Duties consists of performing new electrical installations as well as preventive maintenance on electrical motors (ranging from 1/8 to 500HP), controls circuits, battery banks and high voltage breakers (15KV) and infrared scanning of all electrical equipment and components. Involved in the emergency on-call rotation, answering all emergency calls including storms, utility curtailment and any other emergency situations. Services ranging in voltage from 12VDC - 13,200VAC. Resigned upon offer from ANECO.

Involved in both the service and construction departments, duties ranged from responding to service calls to generating as-builts to commercial and industrial installations of new construction sites. In the service department, duties ranged from being the electrician responding to the calls to dispatching the calls. Projects included MIA American Airlines Cargo Offices, Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Pump/Lift Stations, Arrow Air Offices and FEC Train Lot. Resigned upon offer from Water & Sewer.
