Senior Manager, Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Programs

Comprehensive management of EHS programs and staff at the corporate and business-unit level. Responsible for identification and application of all program elements within the Production and Distribution Centers, Jewelry Manufacturing, Broadcasting Operations, Customer Service Centers, Retail Stores and the Corporate setting, with an aggregate population of approximately 16,000 employees.

− Pioneered and directed the implementation of a company-wide EHS program based on applicable regulatory standards and best industry practices, producing an 80% reduction in incidence rate across the Distribution/Production business unit.

− Designed and implemented an effective EHS management system focused on developing sustainable accountability within each employee and across all levels of management. Established behavioral and statistical performance standards and associated goals for driving continuous program improvement.

− Developed and implemented numerous compliance and management-based program elements such as industrial and office ergonomics, blood-borne pathogens, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, powered equipment safety, machine guarding, personal protective equipment, contractor management, transportation of hazardous materials, community right-to-know, hazardous waste management and air permitting.
