• Installed new storm trunk line and associated laterals.

• Remove approx. 1 mile of existing asphalt roadway, cement stabilization, pour new curb, PCCP pavement and sidewalks.

• Assembled and managed a design build team of industry professionals to secure the Divisions first and second design build highway projects (Interstate 485 and Interstate 77 in Charlotte NC).

• Estimated all quantities and compiled budget for the project using HCSS / Heavy Bid software.

• Developed a written proposal to the NCDOT including our design criteria, budget, Primavera schedule, and quality control proposal.

• Gave verbal presentations to senior NCDOT officials outlining the proposal details, schedule, and project design.

• Managed all construction activities, budget, subcontractors, and the design build team to bring both project in on schedule and under budget.

• Developed estimates (using HCSS / Heavy Bid) for, and successfully secured multiple interstate and major highway projects in and around the Charlotte metro area.
