Supports the Capabilities Acquisition Center (CAC), Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Arlington, VA by conducting weekly Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) analysis and developing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS). Analysis assists JIEDDO senior-leader funding and life cycle management decisions for multi-million dollar material and non-material counter-IED initiatives.
• Co-led and facilitated a two-day strategy oriented working group composed of 20+ DoD civilians, coalition military, and contractors at the JIEDDO Cross Briefs that defined JIEDDO’s mid term investment strategy for Combat Engineering related counter-IED systems.

• Held the highest operational readiness rating (99%) of three companies through oversight of a multi-million dollar equipment account and supervision of mandatory training.
• Successfully supported the 2007 Marine Corps Marathon and 2008 State of the Union Address by developing emergency action plans and leading forces of 130+ personnel.

Supervised transportation operations for 500 globally deployable personnel and provided maintenance oversight of 96 vehicles.
• Directed requirements development, testing oversight, and training curriculum development as the unit’s project manager and command representative to Marine Corps Systems Command for a $4M special purpose vehicle project that filled a unit capability gap.
• Synchronized unit operations for 500 personnel by creating the unit’s first standard operating procedures manual for the ground deployment of forces to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, or High Order Explosive incidents.

Assisted in planning and supervising all functional areas of logistics for an infantry unit of 1000+ Marines including facilities management, food services, and ammunition expenditure and requirements.
• As the unit’s Ammunition Audit and Verification Officer-in-Charge, determined combat requirements, ordered, and distributed 500,000 rounds of ammunition including guided missiles, shoulder-fired rockets, tank rounds, and explosives within 72 hours for a large scale offensive operation only two weeks after arriving in Iraq.
• Supervised a food service staff and determined support requirements to produce two hot meals per day for seven months at multiple sites for as many as 2100 personnel.

Led 28 Marines providing transportation support for 1000+ personnel and responsible for $12M of vehicular/maintenance assets
• Commanded more than 100 tactical convoys during counter-insurgency and combat operations near Fallujah, Iraq.
• Supervised application and repair of armor kits, monitored mechanical maintenance, and conducted operator licensing in while managing a motor pool of 146 HMMWVs and various military rolling stock during a seven month deployment to Iraq.
