Description: Akbank has adopted Infosys Finacle product and was changing their existing Deposit Renewal Program legacy system into the systems of open source technology.Nearly70% (nearly 15 million accounts as of date with a growth plan of 10-12% every year) of Bank’s business is Deposits and they have multiple surround systems that get impacted because of the Deposits Module. Hence, this is deemed to be a very complex program of the Bank. INFOSYS has demonstrated an approach which will implement Deposits module, legacy customization, Integration, Data Migration, Reports generation, SIT and Performance testing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Involved in requirements gathering phase, low level design, build and unit testing of ETL mappings.

Prepared the mapping specification document.

Extensively used transformations like: Expression, aggregator, lookup, Joiner, update strategy, router, sequence generator.

Worked on Informatica client tools – Data warehousing designer, Workflow manager, and Workflow Monitor and Repository manager.

Involved in tuning the Mappings for Performance Enhancements.

Role : ETL Testing.

Description: The Functional scope of 1GLA BI apps is that it has General ledger and sub ledger transactions for GLPROD and Daily ADI sources and design to brings in the Inventory (WIP) and Inter-company (GL) tables into the ODS environment for retirement of the existing Preprod oracle code.

The concept of 1GLA system is to streamline all the transaction data (General Ledger (GL) and Sub-Ledger (SL)) from various ERP systems in GEHC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understood the requirements.

Worked on Basic Teradata Query (BTEQ) utility.

Involved in Unit testing, performance tuning the mappings.

Created Job chain setup, Teradata scripts and Informatica setup for BI iTEST Environment.

Executed and monitored Job chains and resolved issues.

Description: The Finger chart Data Tool will obtain data for calculation and display directly from the PAR Support Central Workflow Process, Manual Data Input, and the Data Warehouse(s) which provide periodic static views of the data from the Material Work systems(s), as determined by the definition of each data item. Data feeds should be updated daily, unless the refresh rate of the data does not warrant updating daily (i.e. if the data refreshes weekly in a data warehouse there is no value in updating it daily, it should match the refresh period for the data source).

The Finger chart Data Tool will provide for manual data input/control mechanisms as specified, where data cannot be provided by or is not usable when obtained from the Material Work systems(s). This data will be used to replace/override data obtained from the Material Work systems(s)

Designed Informatica mappings to build business rules to load data.

Role : Informatica Developer

Description: The objective of this project is to do the forecasting for various products that are manufactured by Procter & Gamble. This project involves building of ADW global demand forecasting data warehouse, developing a data model and ETL for Data load into dimension, fact table and cubes. For this project we used the conformed dimensions of ADW shipments project. The data source for this ADW GDF project will be a flat file from SAP BW Warehouse which sends forecast quantities for various products.

Extensively used Informatica Power Center for loading the data from various sources involving flat file and Oracle tables.

Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading using Informatica for fact and dimension tables.
