Includes pricing programs, contract creation, building a channel team to sell and service the products sold to resellers of Hosted PBX's, Sip Origination and Sip Termination, IP Broadband and Co-Location Services. Provide training classes to new partners on VoIP sales, products, solution design and implementation. Responsible for negotiating all network services contract with underlying carriers. Represent CentricVoice at trade shows and various industry events.

Served as the SME for MPLS and VoIP for North, Central and South America. Responsible for assisting sales reps efforts of Voice and Video over MPLS Broadband to fortune 500 customers. Involved in solution selling of services and product presentation to technology executives as well as C-level decision makers. Included training of field sales staff on products, fact finding, solution design and proposal creation.
