The link community development program – myself and 3 friends together raised over £5,000 for Link charity. We completed a sponsored hitchhike from Cambridge to Morocco in Easter 04. The money was put toward helping the children in Africa and providing them with more resources and a better chance of education. The trip was inspiring and provided a valuable insight into another very different culture.
Sponsored Parachute Jump - Completed a solo static line Parachute jump in 1999/2000 where I raised over £400 for Children in Need.
AYUSA – completed an academic year abroad in USA, where I studied my final year in a high school in the mid-west in California, Missouri at the age of 17.
Camp America – worked as a camp counsellor and youth leader before being selected as camp specialist. I gained my first aid certificate as well as becoming certified as a lifeguard.

Training and Awards
In my free time I like to challenge myself. I hold a full valid UK clean driving licence as well as a provisional motorcycle licence. I have recently enrolled myself into an evening course to learn Spanish and to build on the Spanish I did at school. I am always looking for ways to meet new people and have recently tried out for the Edinburgh Northern Rugby club.
Activities & Interests
I have a Passion for fitness & a keen interest in culture, travel and current affairs. I want to find a suitable career in which I can fulfil my ambition to do well, travel and liaise with people from different backgrounds. Whether in business or leisure I can be seen taking charge and very much enjoy the responsibility of organising events both socially and work related.
