I have more than twelve years experiences in onshore and offshore industrial oil & gas construction, pre commissioning, commissioning and maintenance, primarily associated with mining gold plant, coal fire power plant, refinery oil and gas and fabrication yard. Specific relevant experiences include lay out, setting, levelling and alignment of rotary equipment, erection and setting of static equipment and experience as the system maintenance, preservation, and lubrication and also familiars use precision tool and parameter such as : Rotalign ultra shaft alignment, Optalign SMART EX laser alignment, vernier caliper, inside and out side micrometer, filler gauge, precision level, dial indicator, vibration meter, infra red temperature, sound level meter, tachometer, anemometer etc.

Responsibility

- Perform monitoring of mechanical & piping test package on Semi Submersible Gumusut Kakap Project.

- Review drawing in accordance with specification, code and standard.

- Conduct inspection in accordance with ITP (Inspection Test Plan).

- Identify quality problem, reject non-conforming items and provide solution to the problem.

- Review and verification of mechanical work pack for installation prosedure.

- Implementation quality assurance procedure to make sure that the project has been met.

- Coordinates with painting supervisor regarding schedule of blasting & painting of fabricated supports prior to installation equipment.

- Coordinates with dimention control regarding schedule of position, levelness & elevation prior to installation equipment.

- Monitoring and recording of daily progress report, including lay out, setting, levelling and aligning, pipe alignment and reinstatement of rotary equipment, static equipment such as HP GT compressor, LP GT compressor, condensate transfer pump, Produced water flotation recycle pump, VRU compressor, vessel, exchanger, cooler etc.

- Coordinates with the sub-contractor’s supervisor and foreman for preparation of safety equipment to be installed / erection.

- Provides technical assistance and advance field work notice to sub-contractors for any changes or revision of lines.

- Attached daily meeting with supervisors and Sub-contractor’s representative for project’s highlight and progress status.

- Monitoring all work activities to assure compliance with quality. Standard and project specification.

- Preparation daily production reports and updates the mechanical contraction department’s database.

- Alignment screw compressor to gear box use dial indicator and alignment gear box to motor use laser.

- Line flushing, line checking and leak test system of air instrument, air utility, nitrogen distribution, diesel fuel fuel gas and seal gas.

- Function test and engine running test of pedestal crane and Emergency diesel generator.

- Load test pedestal crane, over head bridge crane and mono reel.
