Responsibilities: I oversee the entire Housekeeping Department, which includes up to a total of 7000 Suites and the entire Housekeeping Management staff and the daily duties of the department as a whole. I make sure that the hotel runs smooth on a daily basis by delegating the special needs to the management staff that have the ability to get the job done sufficiently.
