Perform Diagnostic procedures exams as ordered by physicians on adult patients in acute and sub-acute settings. Duties include, but not limited to:
Vascular: Cerebrovascular exams: Carotid 2D, color flow Doppler, and pulsed wave Doppler exams. Carotid Arteries & Venous Vascular Scanning. Vascular Doppler [Peripheral Venous Duplex (upper & lower), Peripheral Arterial Duplex (upper & lower & Vein Duplex, Segmental Arterial Pressures. Arterial Graft Interrogation, Venous Reflux, Picc-line Placement/GuidanceReport delivery, Filing, Fee tickets, Insurance.
Echocardiography: Echocardiography not limited to: NICU, ICU, CCU
Adults: Complete 2-D Echocardiograms; M-Mode and 2-D calculations; Standard Doppler with pulse wave, continuous wave and color flow Doppler; Transesophageals, Intraoperative Transesophageals, and pharmacologic and routine treadmill stress echos.
Pediatrics: Assessment of VSD's, ASD's, AVSD's, PDA's, PFO's, and Coarctation of the aorta.
Equipment: Acuson, Sequoia 512, Phillis IE33, GE Vivid 7, and Parks for ABIs
