A keen learner with a degree in B.E (Electronics & Communication) and more than 2.8 yr experience in telecom sector. Presently associated with SRI RAM GROUP as Project Coordinator. Since Aug’09 I am associated with SRI RAM GROUP. Currently working as PROJECT COORDINATOR and handling the entire network project under taken by SRI RAM GROUPS in PAN INDIA of all the major companies.

KEY RESULT AREAS

 Handling all the survey engineers and BTS/Microwave I&C team of Sri Ram Group.

 Site engineering implementation, mainly including hardware installation, software debugging, system joint commissioning and primary acceptance test (PAT).

 Coordinate and supervise site installation schedule and quality progress from the site RFI verification to site acceptance.

 Carry out specific plans and conduct implementations based on the specifications defined by VENDOR cluster leader.

 Follow up & keep track of Site delivery progress.

 Share the site integration plan and update with corresponding vendors.

 Site installation completion documents management.

 Doing transmission planning for LOS survey sites and finding the repeated sites.

 Get punches point information from QA audit team as well as project team.

 Issue tracker update and punch point clearance.

 Support survey and I&C activities.

 Daily trouble-shooting.

From June’08 to July’09 I worked with L&G Engineering Services (P) Ltd. as TRANSMISSION ENGINEER handling all the survey engineers working across India for different operating level of companies.

Project Coordination: Coordinating all the survey engineers working across India for different operating companies and providing them site data for survey.

Tracker Maintenance: Collecting the tracker from vendor companies and providing the site from it to our engineers and maintaining the tracker after survey. Maintaining DPR of all the engineers.

Generating Path Profile: Generating the path profile of all the hopes on PL4, preparing GR4 and finding repeated site if LOS gets blocked.

Telecom Network Solution (P) LTD, Noida.

From Dec’07 to March’08 I worked in TNS (P) Ltd. as RF ENGINEER, worked in Rajasthan and Maharastra for Aircel Project and did RF/LOS Survey. Generate the path profile for the hope allotted to me.

Job Profile:

 Getting the best site location in the search radius for mounting the new tower.

 Allotting the best sector for GSM antenna considering the positive clutter.

 Checking for obstacle details that may obstruct the transmission path of MW link as planned.

 On field obstacle heights collection of transmission path of PTP MW link.

 Proposing the optimum height of antenna keeping in view the height of obstacles and

 Clearance criteria.

 Preparing path profile for all the hopes with the help of PATH LOSS and MAP INFO.
