• Built a strong relationship with the developers of the Palm project in Dubai at an early stage, exploring environmentally friendly supply options before establishing a large ready mix plant on site

• Maintained close liaison with customers, promoting supply chain strength, price and quality advantages and advising options for delivery including pumps

• Developed a cutting-edge Fleet Management System for operation and maintenance of 320 truck mixers and 80 pumps, improving vehicle performance and cost efficiency

• Successfully supplied complex deliveries including a record-breaking 16 km3 continuous pour for the Landmark Tower in Abu Dhabi and 20 km3 in 30 hours for the Spiral Tower in Dubai
