June2008 Perform QC and HACCP related tasks - Microbiology lab in-charge
and Supervisor

• Conduct line inspections, line startup approvals, Lab Inspections
• Test finished products microbiologically to assure quality and shelf life
[ For- Coliforms (MPN),TPC, Vibrio spp., Clostridium spp., Listeria spp., E.coli, Staphylococcus spp., Enterobacter spp., Molds, Fungi,etc.]
• Conduct microbiological testing of all raw materials, online samples, ice, water
• Daily swabbing, hand swabs, air sampling, water Sample Collection for analysis
• Results and data interpretation, Maintain quality records for product HOLD/RELEASE
• Lab Inventory and data maintenance using PRONTO – system
• Lab Equipment calibration and keeping related documentation
• Standard culture maintenance
• Direct interaction with GM and communicate microbiological testing
results with HACCP team, suggest corrective actions and implementations
• To train workers regarding general awareness in microbiology, food safety
and hygienic conditions while working

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Microsoft (Word, Excel) and Power Point, Microsoft Office, Outlook

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
• Knowledge of SOPs, GMPs, SSOPs, BAM-USFDA, EU regulations,
