• Cut over $16,000 annually in utility overage charges for an event venue, which dramatically increased profits for the year.

• Increased sales over 25% by offering customers a larger selection of products or services.

• Contracted linen companies to offer additional services to clients while increasing the venue’s sales figures.

• Reviewed unnecessary labor expenses, changed vendors, re-negotiating contracts and reviewing overall expenses. Improved customer service by initiating improved training techniques, which empowered employees and saved production time and costs.

• Exceeded monthly sales goals over 10% by initiating new events and services to increase sales during slower seasons.

• Removed barriers that impeded on or restricted the generation of sales between the consumer and the product/service by offering clearer communicative signage, revising parking constraints and by re-writing policies or company directives.

Marketing & Creative

My active execution and direction in marketing campaigns have built and produced brand recognition, which has led to higher lead generation for big-name brands and or with newly created brands. I’ve controlled half a million dollar marketing budgets to completely non-existent budgets. My compelling copy writing, graphic design skills and professional photography expertise have proved to be effective with consumers in building brand loyalty and in building an overall positive perception of the brand. I’ve perpetuated consistent branding by regulating the qualities associated to the brand and by positioning the product or service to the most appropriate and or to the most unlikely of audiences at times, which in turn generated a greater return for the organization.
