Currently working as QC / QA-In charge (Sr.Microbiologist) in “National Plant For Healthy Water and Fruit Drinks” (HANA) Company from January 2009 to Till date, Al-Qassim.Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

* The factory producing 3,500,000 liters per day via 8 production lines of PET.
* Producing Preform and caps in house via 15 Injection mould machines.
* Responsible for four Reverse Osmosis (RO) units with capacity of 25, 45, 95 & 80 m3/hr means total
capacity 5880m3/hr day and four bore wells.

* All Microbiological analysis of food samples & water as per HACCP requirements by using Dehydrated
Culture Media (Sartorius) methods (Different types of Juice & Food products, Raw water, Permeate water,
Finished Product water, Air, Container,Preforms,Caps,Swab Microbial & Shelf life Study)
* Inspection of all Incoming Raw materials, Plastics (Cap, Handle & Preform), Product Processing Lines (8
Lines),RO(7 Membrane) and Acetaldehyde(AA) Level of PET Preform by Gas Chromatography for packing
* Bromate,Bromide,Sodium & other Full Chemical Analysis from Beverages and Water by using Metrohm 850
Professional IC (Ion Chromatography), Spectrophotometer 2010/2500/2800 & NOVA 60 methods.
* Preparation of Filler CIP,Fumigation (Fogging),Annual Laboratory Consumption & Budget Plan, Validation

Worked as QC IN-CHARGE in “BLUE ACRE FOODS PVT LTD” (G.M.PENS, REYNOLDS GROUP), CHENNAI (India), from November 2006 to January 2009 (2 Years).

BLUE ACRE FOODS PVT LTD is FPO, MFPO, MPEDA certified company, manufacturing of Ready to Eat (Veg & Non-Veg), Ready to Cook, Pickles, Sauce, Jam, Juice, Chips and Retort products. Unit has a capacity of 10 tons/day of different variety of Ready to eat & Ready to Cook products at the brand name of Aachi and Twin Bird. This company has been exported vacuum packed processed dry fish, Retorted tuna fish both in can and Retort pouch.

* Inspection of Raw materials (Spices), Packaging materials, Finished product and all microbiological &
chemical (Salt, Acid, Brix, TSS, PH Value, Moisture Content,Viscosity,Color and all Food Additives) testing as
per USFDA-BAM/ISO/APHA Standards from food samples and Preparation of Bacterial and fungal cultures.
* Manual Calculation of Nutritional Information (%) in all type of food products
* Shelf life study of finished food products (Microbiological, Physical & Chemical changes in Food Products)
* Working Knowledge of FPO, MFPO, EIA, MPEDA & Other related Export License.
