As a Senior Program Manager:

o Simultaneously managed staff augmentations to multi-million dollar professional services software and hardware system integration projects from inception through closure using Android, iOS, MSAuto, Windows CE/Compact, Adobe Flash, Webkit/HTML5, Java, Linux, SQLite, and others, while also overseeing BT/WiFi testing as required.

o As primary customer contact, held regular updates/reviews while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50, including Coca-Cola, Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Ford.

o Projects ranged from hardware to BSP/Platform to middleware to UI with global development teams staffed up to 40 people both local and off-shore: Taiwan, India, and UK. o Acted as Product Manager and subject matter expert for licensing channel partner products to OEM customers. For this well-financed ($600M+) start-up of network backhaul free-space optical and point-to-point transceivers filled numerous roles.

As Product/Project Manager for a universal outdoor power supply platform was responsible for all phases of product life-cycle: concept, design/development, production, and support. Wrote business plans and requirements, created product roadmaps, set price points, oversaw coordination between marketing, engineering, and operations, managed BOM, and maintained development/product life-cycle schedules.

As Senior Test Engineer was responsible for and project managed all aspects of product validation testing (performance, electrical, environmental), including safety, EMC, and telecommunications regulatory approval in over 10 countries. Worked with various standards - UL, FDA, FCC, ISO, EN, TUV, CCC, etc.

Oversaw test technicians and participated in regular product development meetings with sign-off authority.
