• Project aim is to design I.C. engine parts Like Piston, Connecting rod, Oil ring, Gudgeon pin etc.

• We use two grades of cast iron & aluminum material.

• It depends on material density, thermal conductivity, temperature coefficient.

• It gave thermal properties like Thermal flux, Temperature gradient, on two temperature 300 C & 500 C

• All the result& inspection based on detailed inspection carried out by different books, faculty members, manual calculation & Ansys results.

• Won 1st Prize in Meerut mandal for making science model in 2003.
