SUMMARY:
Hands-on experience implementing and leading high-visibility construction programs for municipal, institutional, residential and industrial projects from inception, NTP, program staffing/job requirements to Inspections for C of O and end-user acceptance. Supervision of all WBS activities for ground-up facilities, interior modernizations and redevelopment of existing assets on single projects up to $49.5 M and managed multiple programs up to $100 M.
Lead contractors towards satisfactory completion of their contract documents, in compliance with NYC and applicable code and regulations for structurally sound, operational and aesthetic facilities with expected QAQC.
