Currently I am working on Idea cellular project in Mumbai region on pay role of TICS for Ericsson India (P) ltd. My work profile in this company is to analyze and solve network issues in standalone as well as sharing IBS sites and supervise O&m activities in all IBS site in Mumbai circle during rectification. Solve coverage issue at On air sites, Do walk test using net monitor tool; also have understanding of Pocket TEMS software and its usage and Coordination with vendor to rectify the IBS related issues in standalone sites and handling all the O&m IBS activity on behalf of Idea cellular in Mumbai circle.

RF Site survey for upcoming 3G technology for Reliance in Mumbai circle. Survey includes,

RF survey -: In this actual azimuth of antennae, panoramic photograph to check LOS clearance, feeder cable length measurements and requirements for new BTS, site type like GSM or CDMA, AMSL MEASUREMENTS, LOS survey to check coverage area. Preparation of TSSR report,CDD report. Around 100 nos. of sites RF survey done in Mumbai and suburban areas. Also have basic understanding of drive testing of under integration and integrated site.
