Thames Tideway SharePoint portal and change management project

Aurora Water Capital Project development SharePoint Portal development.

Delivered Image Management solution to 3 cities in GA. 3 months ahead of Schedule and on Budget.

Optiview Image Management system. Issues with users and vendors in Sept 2008. Project was not delivering.

Delivered the $4 million PMIS Korea Phase 1 on Schedule and $800K under Budget as the Onsite PM.

Part of the $12 Billion Construction program to move Yongsan Army Garrison to Pyongtaek south of Seoul.

Responsible for all facets of Budget, Schedule and Logistics and Communications with remote team in Denver.

Infrastructure PM on Goal Financial project to move Servers from customer location in San Diego to a CH2M Hill Co-Location facility in Atlanta. This included network and hardware logistics as well as data migration that allowed the client to keep operations moving with no business impact.

Managed all aspects of business as the single marine management entity for Western Geophysical in Australia. Responsible for profit and loss for 4 crews (250 million in assets) (100 million in revenue per year).

Conducted the largest seismic survey ever done in Australia 4 months early and 13 million dollars under budget.

Increased markets share by 25% per year each year and averaged over $1 million per month per crew profit.

Performed supervision of 2 Seismic "3D" Super Vessels and their personnel. This included coordination of all logistics, Heath, Safety and Environment concerns, client relations and contract administration.

Involved in Western’s initial Quality Assurance effort and ISO 9000 certification process.
