Duties: Job duties included setting up operating various grinders to machine precision parts according to blue print and mfg outlined requirements, Dept of the Hone lap and flow grind. Set up and operate Cincinnati Centerless Grinder Cinco #15. Used Mikrokators, dial indicators, A/R gauges and optical comparator. Set up and used tooling fixtures and arbors. Also Recording and plotting and graphing hydraulic components to assure they meet specifications.

Duties: Job duties included setting orders tools and holders for FADAL CNCKITAMURA NIGATA, and CINN 2500 or FTV5 which uses special holder’s use collets that are pressed and correct cutters, HSS, COBALT, CARBIDE, holders need to be weighed, balanced, and projection are set using special equipment.
