Anyone who wishes to enter in that zone, needs to purchase a license online or by phone/IVR/SMS. Special grants are given to the residents and electric vehicle. The Number Recognition System (NRS) captured defaulters. The site www.cclondon.com is up and running. Sticky sessions are used for load balancing. The main business logic is in the vb.net components, and all database calls are through a centralized data component using ado.net and stored procedures.
