As an account representative, I directed the efficient and cost-effective pick & pack operations of a 350K sq. ft. 3PL Distribution Center. With a management staff, of 12 managers and 250+ associates in a 3-shift operation. This was a new start-up DC.
Reduced supply cost by 10% by negotiating with local vendor.
