C-IED Analyst Team (CIAT) Collection Manager/Site Lead/ISR Manager

RC East, Afghanistan, October 2011-Current

•Responsible for the intelligence collection and exploitation of HUMINT and SIGINT reporting. Conducted historical IED events trend analysis, and HVI pattern of life development, in efforts to effectively target improvised explosion device network cells. Worked in a team environment, as a contractor, to support CF/ANSF Forces.

•Provided the customer with intelligence collection and analysis products utilizing; PPT, DCGS, M3, TIGR, Terra Explorer, Google Earth, Arc Map, and CIDNE databases and tools.

•Provided battlefield commanders with detailed presentation products including; mission analysis, mission planning, historical analysis, and HUMINT/SIGINT reported threats.

•Performed duties as the Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Manager in support of a task force at the battalion level.

•Performed managerial functions as the Site Lead, for a Counter-IED Analysis Team (CIAT) consisting of (2) HUMINT Analysts, (2) All Source Analysts, and a CIDNE Operator. Identified intelligence gaps for commanders to target IED networks.

•Served as a first line supervisor for tactical SIGINT collection systems; Trojan Mobile Remote Receiver System (TMMRS), and DRT/DRUID systems.

•Served as the Aerial SIGINT Terminal Guidance (ASTG) / Aerial Precision Guidance (APG) operator and group leader in support of United States Forces-Iraq (USF-I) during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

•Provided ground forces with target acquisition for high value targets (HVT’s) from a C12 multi sensor aircraft.

•Served as the leader of operations for a forward deployed task force in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Coordinated and tracked all Tactical HUMINT Team (THT) convoy movements throughout the theater of operations.

•Performed duties as a senior SIGINT Collection and Analysis operator; responsible for all significant action reports (SIGACTS) to higher command channels.

•Provided short notice SIGINT support to the Corps Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Company in support of US Army Pacific (USARPAC).
