2010-present Manager La Caracola Costa Rica
Managing a resort of six vacation bungalows where I supervise the work of four employees two full time and two part time. I m responsible for the advertising of the resort greeting the clients and arranging their accommodation and the resort s budget. Also I am in charge of relaunching the design of the website and designing and printing new business cards.

Organizing and guiding underwater tours to certified divers and teaching the diving skills to beginners. Also planning underwater trips and evaluating the area for a safe tour while creating awareness of the sea environment!!!

Communication
English is not my mother tongue however I am able to effectively communicate in any situation. For example as a Team Leader I have to give clear instructions and give advice to the members of my team. I am also an effective listener accepting suggestions from the multidisciplinary team and listening to the problems of the members of my team and other Team Leaders and support workers.
Leadership
There has been occasions at The Loddon School where the duty Care Manager has been absent and I have unexpectedly been the most senior and experienced member of staff on duty. At very short notice I had to organize the Rota for 5 teams coordinate 25 members of staff administer medication to 25 students and plan outings for whole school. This is alongside continuing my responsibilities as a Team Leader in an independent unit.
Organization
Organized diving tours in different sides of the Caribbean in open waters areas. Involved booking boats with his crew hiring equipments negotiating rates of pays planning the timetable of activities and delegating tasks to others members of the company. I supervised the running of the tour on the day and was constantly available to resolve any problems.
Initiative
As a manager of La Caracola bungalows resort I have to promote new ideas to develop the natural beauty of the place being attracted to the people. Creating new strategies for advertisement. Also finding solutions to any issue than may occur in middle of the rental.
Flexibility
Flexibility was a salient component of work at Tonna Care Services where different school or residential care need can be unpredictable. Being available at short notice to ensure the full complement of the competent staff is maintained at all the times at those places is needed.
Charitable
I am always interested in volunteering to benefit a good cause. I use my skills as a juggler to perform for free to raise funds and promote awareness of many charitable causes. Also using my diving experience to collect trash underwater during the Earth Day.
