Created Effective IT Department. Enterprise lacked any IT management for its 800 students and 300 staff. Hired and trained staff of 28 and wrote 5-year technology plan, positioning college for growth. Designed and built state-of-the-art datacenter, 700-computer network with both PC’s and MACs. Helped double enrollment per business plan.

Rolled Out Multi-Site Information System with Cloud Computing. End users at RMCAD needed a cohesive IS. Updated system for POS / financial accounting, added on-line ERP and automated lead handling for marketing. Integrated multiple cloud applications and automated admissions process, positioning for $50M revenue growth.

Won Aerospace Contract with Innovative Product. Avaya suffered with stagnant projects, missed deadlines and poor ROI. Improved software development processes, turned around late projects, increased CRM/IVR division efficiencies and cut response time. Delivered 50% more return on $15M budget and won $8M Delta contract.

Implemented e-learning Functionality. RMCAD sought new ways to reach students and increase enrollment. Designed and implemented e-learning system on-time and below budget. Improved network email and created first enterprise-wide calendar. Advanced efficiencies in all departments and doubled enrollment.
