Role As an SAP HCM Functional Consultant, I wore many hats to support the BPO project. Sat through design workshops, developed requirement gathering templates for Benefits, Leaves and Tuition Reimbursement. Involved in understating the global as well as sub module integrations. Guided the regional teams to understand the project scope and development.

Responsibilities • Designed Global templates to gather requirements for Benefits, Leaves and Tuition Reimbursement in 57 countries based on suggested in-scope & out-of-scope solutions.

• Assisted in defining end to end process for HR BPO project.

• Defined Global/Local Business rules in the BRND and created the FDDS and TTDS based on regional configuration and custom batch programs.
