WORK EXPERIENCE

April 2011 to Till Date

Sr. Mechanical Inspector (Client Side) - Assignment to SATORP (Saudi Aramco Total Refinery Project), Saudi Arabia (Representative of Al Hugayet Group, Saudi Arabia).

Conduct inspections on all static equipments (receiving inspection, foundation check, alignment, and orientation), piping and welding facilities based on check advice intimation and performing surveillance audit. Reporting any findings as per defined procedures for future use and reference and to ensure that corrective action has been carried out.

Maintain inspection files, records and keep them up to date. Ensures that all unit equipment and piping records are updated and entered into a computer data bases. Periodically review the data base information and ensures that appropriate repairs/replacements are recommended. Also assures that all required on stream inspections such as NDT are performed on time.

Use effectively the company and industry practices and codes, particularly with ASTM material standards, ASME Sections II, V, VIII, IX, B31.3 and other related codes standards and specification.

Responsible for Inspection to ensure that construction and engineering activities are as per defined standards, procedures and specifications.

Reviewing ITP, Method statements and records.

Preparing and issuing Daily and Weekly Quality concerned reports.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Inspection Team Leader.
