In Technical user guide, documented creating new databases, metadata loading, validation of users, and similar tasks. Delivered documentation for ENCompass 3.6, 3.7, and Curator 4.0 ahead of schedule.

Voyager

* Worked on Voyager, a library catalog database system (used by Library of Congress, Northwestern University, and NIMA, among others). Documented all parts of the system, including Cataloging, Circulation, Reporting, and System Administration clients.
