• Responsible for total project organization and implementation from start to finish of the design build of manufacturing site and equipment installation for Toyota. Duties included:

INTEL CORPORATION, Santa Clara, California. 8/1988 – to – 7/2003
World’s Largest Manufacturer of microprocessors & and computer components - Division responsible for site development and the design & build of manufacturing sites and test labs.

Senior Project Management Engineer
• Responsible for total project organization and implementation from start to finish of the design and construction of new, and modifications to existing facilities.
• Successfully completed four new manufacturing and R&D facility build-out for the manufacturing of the new Pentium Chip© with a cumulative total budget of $4.5 billion dollars US in order to accommodate Intel’s ongoing need to build more sites to address changing product design needs in maintaining its competitive advantage
• Planned long term strategy of copy exact design to other parts in the United States on a larger scale campus
• Duties included:

• Managed the installation and start-up commissioning for the manufacturing equipment for D2 8,268,000 sq. ft expansion at a cost of ($3.6B) and the equipment installation ($1.7B)
o Finished three months ahead of schedule with a $2 million hard dollars cost savings
o This project was the cornerstone of Intel’s growth to $46 billion in sales for Pentium Chips
