Three Rivers Local Schools, Cleves, Ohio

This $64 million project consists of constructing a multi-story 261,000 sq. ft. PK-12 school facility for all 1,900 District students, realigning and reconstructing adjacent public roadways, constructing ancillary athletic facilities, with subsequent demolition of other District educational facilities.

Clinton-Massie Local Schools, Clarksville, Ohio

$33 million building program involving construction of a new 104,000 sq. ft. PK-5 Elementary School, as well as renovations to the existing 75,000 sq. ft. 6-8 Middle School.

Wastewater Treatment Plant, Village of Beaver, Pike County, Ohio

Designed and administered construction of new sewers, submersible pumps stations and 60,000 gallons per day extended aeration wastewater treatment facility. Worked with funding agency to expedite project funding and contract changes.

Eastern Local Schools, Winchester, Ohio

This $48 million project included renovation of the existing 46,000 sq. ft. Russellville PK-5 elementary school, construction of a new 48,000 sq. ft. Sardinia PK-5 elementary school, a new 62,939 sq. ft. 6-8 middle school and a new 90,000 sq. ft. 9-12 high school.

Runway and Connector Taxiway, Penn Yan Airport, Penn Yan, New York

Hydrologic modeling, hydraulic control optimization, design of new drainage and pavement improvements, runway markings, structural analysis, earthwork computations and grading. Also responsible for electrical and lighting improvement design including duct banks, electrical vault building and light layout per applicable FAA codes.

Fayetteville-Perry Local Schools, Fayetteville, Ohio

$21 million renovation of the existing 72,000 sq. ft. PK-5 elementary school (including 11,204 sq. ft. of additions) and construction of a new 103,578 sq. ft. 6-12 middle/ high school.

Princeton City Schools, Cincinnati, Ohio (OSFC)

This $160 million project consisted of construction of seven new elementary schools and the renovation of an eighth elementary school including new buildings at Lincoln Heights, Sharonville, Springdale, Stewart and Woodlawn.

Trotwood-Madison City Schools, Trotwood, Ohio

Led preconstruction, diversity, inclusion, local participation and construction of a new 200,000 sq. ft. 9-12 High School facility. Also, lead point of contact and Project Executive for abatement and demolition of multiple buildings, as well as construction of a new 50,000 sq. ft. PK-1 facility, two new 65,000 sq. ft. (per each) 2-5 Elementary School facilities and a new 60,000 sq. ft. 6-8 Middle School facility.

High Rate Combined Sewer Overflow Treatment Facilities, City of Auburn, New York

Design and construction administration of four high rate CSO facilities each including a swirl concentrator, disinfection tank and control building along with associated site work, site piping, control instrumentation, HVAC electrical and plumbing work.

Georgetown Exempted Village Schools, Georgetown, Ohio

Project Executive for construction of a new 90,000 sq. ft. K-6 Elementary and Middle School facility, as well as renovations and additions to the 7-12 High School facility.

Wastewater Treatment Plant, Village of New Miami, Butler County, Ohio

Designed 0.5 million gallon per day oxidation ditch process unit wastewater treatment plant including screening facilities, grit removal, clarifiers, ultraviolet disinfection, aerobic digesters, sludge dewatering, chemical storage, chemical feed equipment, emergency generator, and instrumentation.

Water Treatment Plant Improvements, Village of Frankfort, Ross County, Ohio

Developed design plans and funding agency applications for improvement of Frankfort’s Water Treatment Plant, including installation of new dual aeration and filtration units, preservation of gaseous chlorine disinfection system, installation of new softeners and high service pumps.

Pennyroyal Road Sewer, City of Springboro, Warren County, Ohio

Prepared design plans and technical specifications to extend sanitary sewer along Pennyroyal Road, underneath U.S. Route 75 up to the new City of Springboro Water Treatment Plant.

Well Pump Design and Permitting, City of Springboro, Warren County, Ohio

Raw water well pump and piping design for new City of Springboro Water Treatment Plant including pump and hydraulic calculations, supervision of technical staff, budget estimating, coordination with City officials, geotechnical consultants and well drillers.

Orrville Road Reconstruction, City of Fairborn, Greene County, Ohio

Prepared design plans for road design, hydraulic sewer and detention basin design, cost estimating, supervision of design team, close coordination with City officials and budget monitoring.

Water and Sewer Department Pump Stations, Miami, Made County, Florida

Design, cost estimating, permitting and construction of 140 submersible and suction lift pump stations ranging in capacity from 50 to 1,500 gallons per minute in accordance with U.S. EPA Consent decree/Settlement Agreement requirements.

U.S. Interstate Route 70, Glenwood Canyon, Glenwood Springs, Colorado
