Working as Senior Designer Engineer in VARROR ENG PVT LTD (INDIA).

 (Currently working with Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (An ISO TS16949 Company of Varroc Group) having 19 plants all over India & 2 plants across the globe is a leading automotive parts provider to OEM’s like VOLKS WAGEN, M&M, GM INDIA, BAJAJ AUTO, DAIMLER, CHRYSLER, YAMAHA MOTORS, TATA MOTORS, ROYAL ENFIELD.

 Varroc group is mainly segregated into three divisions: - Polymer, Metallic & Electrical.

 Having technical collaboration with MOLLERTECH GERMANY for VW & also PLASTIC OMNIUM VARROC for exterior parts.

ABOUT ME:

I have 8 months experience in the same company as Mould maker in Tool Room and worked almost 10 injection moulds till component approval. And remaining 4 months I worked as Trainee Tool Designer, where I took almost all modification of mould .

In my training period i designed injection mould named P501 INSTRUMENT PANEL from MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA. Component is around 1.5m long and weight of mould is approximately 15tons.

After my industrial training I have been working here as post of Senior Designer Engineer.

I have successful designed 14 INJECTION MOULDS till now.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Mould design concept

2. Product feasibility from both product & tooling aspect.

- Draft analysis, Mounting, Locating, and Strengthening feature parameter checking.

3. Basic knowledge of MOULDFLOW and hot runner system.

4. Doing 3D modifications as per tooling feasibility & flow analysis report.

5. Fulfil both fit & functional requirement of component.

6. Feasibility of plastic component, identify undercuts and their mechanism

7. Calculation for clamping force ,required mechanism.

8. Modification of component for making it feasible for mould. And feedback to custom through power point presentation.

9. Draft analysis of component .

10. Generating smooth parting surface , extraction of core and cavity.

11. Mould base , all 2d parts and Assembly drawing.

12. Handle all kinds of modification in the moulds.

13. Maintaining tpm environment in the work place & awareness to 5s.

• Parallel successful designing of two moulds name as REAR FENDER (BAJAJ) and B PILLAR UPPER LH/RH (SKODA) with 0 errors and achieve company target time.

• Description : This project is consisting of 35 interior exterior plastic parts like A-Pillars, B –Pillars, C-Pillars, D-pillars, Rear Quarter Trim, Tail gate Garnish, Plenum Appliqué.

#PROJECT - M300 & M200 (GM INDIA)

• Description : This project is consisting of 40 interiors plastic part like A-Pillars, B –Pillars, C-Pillars & all Interior rear trims.

#PROJECT - POLO 250 & 251 (VOLKS WAGEN)

• Description : This project is consisting of 24 interiors plastic part like A-Pillars, B –Pillars, C-Pillars, Scuff plate, Rear shelf.

#PROJECT - LTV (Mahindra Light transport Vehicle)

• Description : This project is consisting of 08 interior & exterior parts like Instrument Panel, Glove box lid , Cluster Cap, Front Bumper, Front Panel, Radiator Grill.

#PROJECT - P-501 (Mahindra & Mahindra)

• Description : This project is consisting of exterior parts like Front Bumper, Radiator Grill, Bazel, Instrument Panel & its child parts.

#PROJECT -SKODA

• Description : This project is consisting of 08 interior parts like A-Pillar, B-Pillar, C-Pillar, Speaker grill, Trunk lining.

#PROJECT - W-201(MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA)

• Description : This project is consisting of exterior parts like D-Pillar Ladder, Roof rail parts, Energy absorbers of bumpers.

 3D modification of mould as per product change. Co-ordinating with Customer, Project manager, product Designer, manufacturing & assembly

1. MODELLING IN UNGRAPHIC IS MA PASSION, TANGENTIAL SURFACE CREATION, USING OF SPLINE CURVE, USING G0 (POSITION), G1(TANGENT).

2. WELL ADVANCE CAN DO ANY PRODUCT DESIGN.

3. Well basic knowledge of software ALIAS STUDIO , ADVANCE SURFACE MODELLING.

4. I have had FMEA TRAINING.

5. Knowledge of MS OFFICE , POWERPOINT, AND MS WORD.

6. Having Knowledge of , Press Tools, Jigs, and Fixtures & Gauges.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• 10 Th Standard from Kendriya Vidyalaya Ahemdabad Cantt, GUJRAT (69.9%)

• Diploma in Tool & Die Making from NTTF DHARWAD, KARNATAKA. (70%).

• Currently pursuing B-TECH in Mechanical Engineering from YCMOU UNIVERSITY.

ALIAS STUDIO

Surface modeling, product design, concept design & A surface modeling, I can do in alias studio. I have basic knowledge of this software but I ensure you that it doesn’t take more than 15 days to work as professional in alias studio.

Here I used this software to generate tangential surface for good parting surface where ever

It is required.
