MECHANICAL DESIGNER, PRO-E WILDFIRE 3 & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
*Working at this small start up water reclaiming company I created all the
pro-e models and drawings for their water distilling towers and on sight
container assemblies. I interfaced with vendors and wrote P.O's for
equipment. I also created P&IDs in Auto cadd Lite.
5-21-00, 4-1-06, KINETICS/ CELERITY / MEGA SYSTEMS INC. TEMPE AZ,
SR. MECHANICAL DESIGN SPECIALIST, PRO-E WILDFIRE 2
*Working with marketing I did sales workbook transmittals and quotes
for mechanical design and documentation.
* Using Pro-Engineer(Wildfire 2 ), Pro-Piping and Intralink 3.3 I did new
product design, modeling, assemblies and drawings for slurry and chemical
delivery equipment for semiconductor fabs.
* My responsibilities include interfacing with the chemical engineers,
electrical engineers, manufacturing and the customer to establish cabinet
designs that will meet the design configuration requirements and standards
set by the customers P.O. and S292 standards.
As part of my design responsibilities I trouble shoot out-sourced
mechanical problems with our vendors for both Alpha and Bata builds.
I create and issue Engineering Change Orders and directed designers both
on project requirements, pro-e and intralink operation. I created and
added BOMS to our MRP system (Agile) for purchasing.
