POSITION APPLIED FOR

Maintenance Planning scheduler & Production Controller.

National Aviation Services.(NAS)

Technical Administrator :

Responsible for overall management and control of technical records, and maintenance tracking system of companies’ aircraft, engine, and components, provides maintenance provider the necessary scheduled maintenance and periodic inspections to be carried out on the aircraft.

Monitor maintenance records to ensure scheduled inspections, test, modifications, replacements, and rectifications are carried out by the maintenance provider in accordance with the requirements and standards stated in the approved applicable maintenance program.

Ensures all pertinent technical publications (AD, SB, CEB, Service Letters) from aircraft/engine manufacturers and/or regulatory authorities are accounted for, and assessed to comply for implementation.

Prepare maintenance projections (due list) of the entire fleet for maintenance planning and scheduling assessment activities.

Generate work packages for scheduled maintenance and periodic inspections on airframe and engines.

Supervise updating of time data, work accomplishments, and component changes were entered in aircraft and/or engine logbook, and eventually loaded in our maintenance tracking system to keep the information up to date.

Monitors components and all related parts with TBO and airworthiness limitations to plan ahead for scheduled replacement and/or shop visit.

Ensures all aircraft records are kept and maintained in accordance with civil aviation rules.

Ensures all maintenance requirements are fully detailed in the maintenance program statement specified for each aircraft model/type.

Monitor applied inspection/maintenance tolerance (+10%) as specified in maintenance manual.

Maintain aircraft, engine, and equipment log cards and/or historical record documents up to date.

Maintenance Planner:

Check work packs and ensure that all relevant logbook entries are made.

Technical data entry and compilation of maintenance works and inspections carried out in aircraft.

AD and SB research and assessment, then submit for final review and implementation.

Compilation of maintenance program reports (JSSI, MSP, ESP, and Smart Parts).

Compilation and maintenance of Fleet List.

Updating applicable Computerized Maintenance Tracking Program like CAMP, CMP, CESSCOM to reflect actual aircraft maintenance status.

Maintenance forecasting and reviews of managed aircraft fleet (due list).

Compilation of monthly aircraft owner reports.

Raise work authorizations, a quotation requests, and proposals as required.

Coordinate scheduling of aircraft downtime and slot time availability with companies

Maintenance provider as required.

Involved in providing dock planning support for aircraft engines and APU that are

Scheduled to undergo maintenance checks.

Responsible for Engines/APU work packages and paperwork tracking and updating.

Upon completion of maintenance checks, A responsible for the review, audit and closure of maintenance job cards for proper hand over to Technical Records section for archival.

Preparation of In-house repair for engines and APU stagger checks.

Pre-loading of materials and spares, and updating of Daily Shortage List for AOG.

Creation of work order and movement paperwork for Engines and APU.

Preparation of billing documents for completed checks.

Responsible for engine movements and maintenance work packaging of engine and APU stagger check, full BSI, inhibition, piece-job and build-up.

Plan, review and organize work packages ahead of actual maintenance input.

Create work arising order for engine and APU work scope as per E4 notifications.

Prepare and input work packages and issue barcodes work cards according to the work plan and direction given by engineering planning.

Create engine movement order for dispatch and receive-in check of engines for overhaul.

Material requisition of components and consumable spares from main store.

Coordinate with Repair Management for sourcing and provisioning of materials for nil

Stock and not stock items.

Perform removal/installation of class A and class B components using IE4N transaction.

Carry out movement of unserviceable items removed from engine and APU to be sent to workshop, or outhouse vendor’s Generate unserviceable label for every components sent.

Coordinate maintenance activities of engine stagger with foremen, engineers, and technicians to ensure outstanding requirements are taken action and meet target deadlines.

Responsible for confirming the accountability of the completed task cards and other maintenance documents, and ensure that all required paperwork’s are maintained, updated, finalized and technically completed prior for submission to Technical Records.

Support base maintenance dock planning functions during aircraft heavy maintenance checks, by assisting the flow and sequence of work, perform system data entry as per routine and non-routine work cards, and assist in setting up of the production booth working boards by zones and skills for each aircraft as required.

Technical Records Controller:

Responsible for monitoring, updating and record keeping of all maintenance work packages.

Forecast the scheduled removal of engines, APU and aircraft components for shop visit.

Update individual logbook for daily time utilization of aircraft, engines and APU.

Update data of engine/APU in master build log, piece-parts history records and accessory listing.

Update hard time components and life-limited parts in our Aircraft Components Forecasting System.

Prepare and distribute monthly forecast report of hard life and LLPs of airframe and power plant components.

Perform removals and installations of routable in MEMIS.

Generate documents required by airworthiness inspectors, regulatory authority and/or lessors during C of A renewal, and/or lease agreement.

Maintain records of all maintenance work packages in safe and efficient manner.

Material Controller:

Responsible for updating and monitoring of engine change, APU change, and control of hard-time and life-limited components in our Aircraft Component Forecasting System.

Receive unserviceable components removed from aircraft and generate job cards for shop visit. Update system status of each routable parts.

Receive and visually check parts and materials for damage and verify quantity, part number, serial number received into receiving, stockroom and expediting areas.

Prepare removal forecast of engine parts and aircraft components and distribute monthly report to maintenance planning and other concern departments.

Facilitates materials requisition and stores verification to identify parts availability.

Perform removal/installation of aircraft routable, engine parts using MEMIS transactions.

Filing aircraft log sheets, cabin log sheets and update the system for defects and action.

Perform other related tasks as directed.
