Position: Sales Manager

• Oversee Inventory of Stock: Working with the Inventory supervisor to ensure that inventory qualities match what is shown in-stock, ensure that product is opened and ready for display within 24 hours.

• Oversee correct Merchandising of Stock: Working with the Merchandise supervisor to ensure displays are set to the required plan-o-grams on a weekly basis. Keep track of items required for display that are currently not in stock and order accordingly.

• Merchandise Supervisor: Took ownership in the correct procedures of merchandising, tables, windows, endcaps and other displays according to company plan-o-grams. High attention to detail and display appeal were a must! As supervisor I was also a member of leadership team for the store.

• Office Coordinator: In charge of all paperwork including daily deposits, handling of funds, ordering supplies for the store, cash discrepancies are logged correctly, Payroll processing and staff scheduling: Making sure staff is properly using the time clock and make any adjustments in Kronos. • Inventory Coordinator: In charge of all receiving of shipments, special orders, and store supplies. Managing inventory levels throughout the store on a monthly basis to ensure on-hand quantities match exactly with what was received. High attention to detail was a must!
